Angie received her Bachelor’s degree from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA. Angie spent several years in the Banking Industry before settling into Property Management. Angie joined the My Rent Source team in November of 2016 as Accounts Manager. Prior to her contributions to My Rent Source, Angie spent 6 years as the General Manager for a Property Management company in Tyrone, GA where she grew profits for the startup company to over a million dollars in the first year. Angie also successfully managed over 15 Repair Technicians including Licensed HVAC, Plumbers, and Electricians as well as office personnel. Angie is focused on Customer Service and relationship building.
Lead Property Manager
Jennifer received her Bachelor’s degree from Catawba College in North Carolina. She also went on to Pfeiffer University to work towards her Master’s Degree. Jennifer has experience in owning her own businesses and owning several homes which contributes to her understanding the concerns and struggles of being an investor/home owner. Jennifer joined the My Rent Source team in February 2013 as our Property Manager. She immediately began addressing our tenants and owners concerns with her high level of professionalism and communication skills. Since bringing Jennifer on board, we have more than doubled our properties. Jennifer holds her Community Association Manager license and continues to educate herself in the rental division of real estate. Outside of MRS, Jennifer spends her time with her children and their activities.
Broker / Property Manager
Steven Kubon graduated on the dean’s list from American Intercontinental University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications. Steven joined Keller Williams Realty in 2007 and the Coweta Newnan Board of Realtors. Quickly Steven became a Top 10 Producing agent by being an honest, dedicated and determined Realtor for his clients. Since being licensed Steven has sold over 500 homes, completed over 2000 real estate transactions and has been a member of the Million Dollar Club since 2008. Steven’s professionalism, work ethic and sincere desire to provide nothing but the best service possible has helped make the My Rent Source business model a success.
Julie Wall joined the My Rent Source team in July 2016 after working for 8 years in commercial property management and renting out office space in Atlanta. She is currently the Property Manager responsible for handling our incoming lease applications, screening applicants, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Prior to working in commercial property management, Julie was an area manager for a major car rental company and has extensive experience in sales, customer service, and management. Julie prides herself on exceeding customer expectations and approaches all things with this ultimate goal in mind. Julie says, “I always want to help place good quality tenants in the properties that our clients own in order to help protect their investments while ensuring that our applicants and tenants experience a smooth and easy process along the way. Nothing excites me more than hearing back from a highly-satisfied tenant or owner who feels like we did a great job and met these goals for them!”
Customer Service / Receptionist
Ana Avila has worked in customer service since she graduated high school in 2015. Ana is bilingual in Spanish and English. Ana is a junior in college, she is on Shorter University’s online program. Ana is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree in Human Services. It is very important to Ana to connect with potential tenants and answer their questions to send them to the right way. Ana says, “I want to make sure I strive every day to improve customer service and ensure that quality and service exceed customer expectations!”
Jennifer Bryan attended The College of Charleston. She has over 15 years working in the customer service industry and 5 years of management. Jennifer went on a work hiatus to become a stay at home mom and has just recently stepped back into the work force. Jennifer brought with her an easy going, hardworking, dependable personality when she joined the My Rent Source team in August of 2017.
Elizabeth Brown graduated from East Coweta High School in 2016. Elizabeth has been working since she was 15 years old and has proven to be highly motivated. Elizabeth is goal oriented and enjoys meeting new people. Elizabeth strives for customer satisfaction, and overcoming obstacles. Elizabeth joined the My Rent Source team in March 2017 as our Receptionist. When the opportunity arose for Elizabeth to take on more responsibility, she moved into the role of Administrative Assistant and handles accounts receivables for our tenants. Elizabeth is currently working towards obtaining her Real Estate License.
Courtney has been in the work force since 1999. After graduating from Newnan High School, Courtney attended West Georgia Tech in Carrollton, GA where she studied Business Administration. Prior to her becoming part of the My Rent Source team, Courtney spent 17 years working closely with customers and vendors with a local painting company overseeing operations and employees. Since joining My Rent Source as a Maintenance Coordinator, Courtney has done a great job addressing our tenants and owners needs with a high level of professionalism. Courtney strives to provide everyone with the best service possible with her upbeat personality.
Solid Source Realty (preferred leasing agent)
Allyson Himes has been providing professional real estate services in GA since 2006. She is a multi-year member in the “circle of excellence club” and started her real estate career in Property management for Watson Realty. She now resides with Solid Source Realty GA and has been a preferred agent for My Rent Source since 2011. She believes in providing her clients with exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond to help exceed her client’s expectations.
Kristin has been working as a screening agent in Cobb County for the past 10 years, screening tenants all across the country. Her recent marriage moved her down to Newnan, where she joined the MRS team in early 2019. Her long history in Real Estate and experience working closely with owners and agents, makes her well equipped to help make confident decisions regarding all potential tenants. Kristin prides herself on applying her 10+ years of customer service experience to create a quick and painless screening process for the applicants. Prior to working in Real Estate, Kristin worked passionately with animals at many Veterinarian’s offices and volunteering her time at various Wildlife Sanctuaries throughout the Southeastern parts of the US. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 cats and her husband.
